“The governor’s announcement to halt her congestion pricing plan for Long Island and New York City indefinitely was a major win prior to the end of Legislative Session for this year. This was a plan that should never have been formulated. While it is questionable whether this decision was politically motivated, it is a relief this flawed plan has been delayed.”
