Curran secures $150K grant for new Rockville Centre ambulance

Assemblyman Brian Curran (Lynbrook-21st A.D.) announced today that he has secured a $150,000 state grant to purchase a new ambulance for Rockville Centre.

"I am proud to have secured these funds to purchase a new ambulance for Rockville Centre. This will go toward serving the community and saving lives," Curran stated.

Mayor Francis X. Murray expressed gratitude for Curran's efforts, saying, "I would like to thank Assemblyman Brian Curran for his hard work in securing a $150,000 grant to go toward the purchase of a new ambulance for the Rockville Centre Fire Department. The safety of our residents continues to be our top priority and this vital funding will allow our first responders to better serve our residents and community."
