Assemblyman John Mikulin (R,C-Bethpage) has expressed his support for the "Combating Campus Anti-Semitism Act" (A.8399/S.7752), which aims to address antisemitism in New York's higher education institutions. The proposed legislation, backed by Assemblyman Ari Brown (R-Cedarhurst), Senator Bill Weber (R,C), and other Senate and Assembly Minority Members, seeks to prohibit tuition assistance awards to students who have knowingly engaged in promoting antisemitism while attending a college or university in the state.

"The antisemitism occurring on our college and university campuses is disgraceful," said Mikulin. "Our students should feel safe and protected when attending school, no matter their religion. I fully support this proposal to eliminate antisemitism in our communities and keep New Yorkers safe."
