Assemblyman Jake Blumencranz (R,C-Oyster Bay) recently sponsored an Internship & Job Fair event for college and high school students on April 1, which saw participation from various employers and notable figures in the community.

Among the employers present at the fair were Doyle Securities, Amazon, Northwell Health, Camps R Us, and YMCA Long Island. The event also welcomed Nassau County Legislator Rose Walker and Representative of Nassau County Minority Affairs Lionel Chitty. Students from Bethpage High School and the Young Explorers of the Nassau County Law Enforcement Program actively engaged with the participating employers, seeking out potential internships and job opportunities.

Expressing his gratitude, Blumencranz stated, "I would like to give a huge thank you to all the employers and students who made the internship and job fair a success." He further emphasized the importance of youth exploring new opportunities and businesses showcasing their offerings in a professional setting.

Reflecting on the event, Blumencranz added, "This fair was a lot of fun, and I hope the students left with some promising information about available internships and jobs that would be the perfect fit for them and their future goals."

The Internship & Job Fair organized by Assemblyman Jake Blumencranz proved to be a valuable platform for students to interact with potential employers and discover pathways to enhance their professional growth and development.
