Nassau University Medical Center seeks state funding support

Health care leaders and state officials gathered in Albany on February 25 to advocate for essential state funding for Nassau University Medical Center. The hospital, located in East Meadow, is managed by the Nassau Health Care Corporation.

The rally was held at the Capitol Building, where Megan Ryan, president, chief executive, and chief legal officer of the corporation, participated alongside State Senator Steve Rhoads and other legislators. They urged the State Legislature to allocate funds for the hospital in the 2025-26 budget.
