Assemblyman John Mikulin, representing Bethpage, has expressed strong disapproval of recent ballistic missile attacks by Iran on Israel. He stated that these actions are not only against Israel but also impact Jewish-Americans and emphasized that such violence is unacceptable.

Mikulin highlighted the timing of the attacks, noting they occurred just days before the anniversary of the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel. He reaffirmed his support for Israel and Jewish communities during this challenging period. "These attacks on one of the U.S.’s closest foreign allies occurred less than five days prior to the anniversary of the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel," said Mikulin. "I fully support Israel and our Jewish communities as we navigate this tumultuous time. My condolences to all those tragically killed - the State of New York and the U.S. stand behind the Israeli people."
