Safety Town is back!
It’s been renovated and improved with new roads, buildings, cars, and bikes thanks to a $110,000 donation from First Net, Built with AT&T and the Nassau County Police Department Foundation.
For 50 years, elementary school kids from all over Nassau County have learned about traffic, pedestrian, and bike safety from Crossing Guards at Safety Town. It’s a unique and hands-on experience in the mini-village, with real bikes and kid-sized electric vehicles!
