What do you do? I inspect homes, condos and co-ops for people before they purchase them.
Why do you do what you do? I started inspecting homes on weekends and at night around my full time job as a construction manager. I immediately realized I loved doing home inspections (and not leaving Long Beach) and made it my full time job. Customers are excited to be purchasing a home and it’s a positive work environment.
What sets your business apart? My experience. I have managed the construction of high rise apartment buildings and hospitals from the ground up. Also all of my reports are sent the same day as the inspection.
Favorite part of doing business in Long Beach (or surrounding area)?
Meeting home buyers moving to an area that I love. There are also benefits to inspecting the same type of homes and knowing what to look for. Obviously being able to stop home for lunch and walk my dog is the best part though.
