Census Bureau: More men than women in Centre Island in 2020

Of the 382 people living in Centre Island in 2020, 49 percent (187) were women and 51 percent (195) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Nassau Standard.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 3. In the 65 and over age range, there were 55 females and 57 males.
