Today, Supervisor Jen DeSena and the Town of North Hempstead invited us to join them on a journey into #meditation and #mindfulness. Yoga master @ishan.shivanand enraptured us all with his modalities to reduce everyday stressors. We were especially glad to hear how Ishan ji focused on helping our combat veterans through his techniques. Thank you for the wonderful lessons and a HUGE thank you to all of our military heroes who keep us safe!
