New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine enrolls 67 undergrads

At New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 85 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 69 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Mineola enrolled 186 students in fall 2018, including 67 in undergraduate and 119 in graduate programs, data shows. 3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Asian (75 percent) and white (13 percent).
