33 percent of applicants to the Webb Institute were admitted for fall 2018

At the Webb Institute, 100 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 76 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Glen Cove enrolled 104 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 2.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

32 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 68 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (81 percent) and Asian (11 percent).

The school admitted 33 percent of the 99 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 76 percent enrolled.
