Former H. Frank Carey High School standout and current Farmingdale State Rams player, Alyssa Cowen will compete in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

They begin the tournament against Christopher Newport Captains.

The first game is on Thursday, May 15 at 11 a.m.
