On Sunday, April 27, former Seaford Senior High School standout Anita Farkash’s current college team, the Hartford Hawks, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Endicott Gulls.
The game took place at Endicott Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Gulls this season.
The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 at 4 p.m. at Hartford Softball Field against WPI Engineers.
Kyle Palmieri says his ACL recovery is going well following surgery in late November. He expects to have a normal summer of training and be ready for next hockey season.
The New York Islanders have signed forward Quinn Finley to a two-year entry-level contract following his standout collegiate career. Finley led Wisconsin in goals last season and has represented Team USA internationally. The young forward was drafted by New York in 2022.
