On Friday, March 21, former Our Lady of Mercy Academy standout Meghan Andersen’s current collegiate team the Fairfield Stags lost 85-41 against the Kansas State Wildcats in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Memorial Coliseum, this was the first game against the Kansas State Wildcats during the championship.

Meghan Andersen’s hometown is Wantagh and game positions are guard and forward.
