Census Bureau: More women than men in Long Beach in 2020

Of the 33,475 people living in Long Beach in 2020, 50.2 percent (16,808) were women and 49.8 percent (16,667) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Nassau Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 489. In the 65 and over age range, there were 3,502 females and 2,730 males.
