Of the 1,889 people living in East Atlantic Beach in 2019, 50.2 percent (948) were women and 49.8 percent (941) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Nassau Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 671-to-612. In the 65 and over age range, there were 238 females and 161 males.
