On Thursday, May 8, former Locust Valley High School standout Sophia Veteri’s current college team, the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans, won 2-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bentley Falcons.

The game took place at Pace Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Falcons this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 10 at 11 a.m. at Pace Softball Field against Pace Setters.
