On Saturday, May 3, former Locust Valley High School standout Sophia Veteri’s current college team, the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the D’Youville Saints.

The game took place at Spartan Field. This was their seventh matchup against the Saints this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 8 at 2 p.m. at Pace Softball Field against Bentley Falcons.
