Zach Parise, Scott Gomez, and Bruce Bennett have been named to the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2025, according to an announcement by USA Hockey on Wednesday. The induction ceremony is scheduled for December 10 in Minnesota.
Parise played with the New York Islanders for two seasons from 2021 to 2023 before retiring in 2024. During his time with the team, he recorded 69 points in 164 games. Over his entire NHL career, which included stints with the New Jersey Devils, Minnesota Wild, Islanders, and Colorado Avalanche, Parise played a total of 1,254 games and registered 889 points.

Internationally, Parise represented Team USA at two Olympic Games. He won a silver medal at the Vancouver Olympics in 2010 and served as alternate captain during that tournament. In the Sochi Olympics in 2014, he was captain of Team USA. Additionally, Parise earned a gold medal at the World Junior Championships in 2004 and made three appearances at the IIHF World Championships.
Scott Gomez was an assistant coach for the Islanders between 2017 and 2019. As a player, Gomez appeared in over one thousand NHL games and secured two Stanley Cup titles with the New Jersey Devils in both 2000 and 2003. He also represented Team USA at the Turin Olympics in Italy.

Bruce Bennett has worked as Director of Photographer at Getty Images and has covered more than five thousand NHL games as well as six Olympic Games throughout his five-decade career. Bennett served as team photographer for the Islanders from 1982 through 2004 and continues to be present at home games.
