On Saturday, May 10, former Seaford Senior High School standout Jamie Horodecki’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Francis Marion Patriots.
The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Patriots this season.
It was the last Wingate Bulldogs’ game this season
Kyle Palmieri says his ACL recovery is going well following surgery in late November. He expects to have a normal summer of training and be ready for next hockey season.
The New York Islanders have signed forward Quinn Finley to a two-year entry-level contract following his standout collegiate career. Finley led Wisconsin in goals last season and has represented Team USA internationally. The young forward was drafted by New York in 2022.
