On Friday, May 9, former East Meadow High School standout Julia Parise’s current college team, the SNHU Penmen, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bridgeport Purple Knights.

The game took place at Jackson Athletic Complex. This was their second matchup against the Purple Knights this season.

The Penmen’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at Jackson Athletic Complex against Goldey-Beacom Lightning.
