On Friday, May 2, former Freeport High School standout Neelah Vandeberg’s current college team, the Rockford Regents, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Benedictine Eagles.

The game took place at RU Campus Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Regents’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 12 p.m. at RU Campus Softball Field against Alverno Inferno.
