On Friday, March 20, Syla Swords, a former Long Island Lutheran High School basketball star, helped lead her current Michigan Wolverines squad to an 83-48 victory over the Holy Cross Crusaders in the NCAA Tournament.
The matchup was held at Crisler Center with a 5:30 p.m. tipoff.
Swords contributed 13 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals across 31 minutes of playing time.
Michigan Wolverines are set to play their next game on Sunday, March 22, at 1 p.m. at Crisler Center.
