On Friday, April 18, former Kellenberg Memorial High School standout Ryan Carroll’s current college team, the Felician Golden Falcons, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgian Court Lions.
The game took place at Breslin Field. This was their second matchup against the Lions this season.
The Golden Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at Municipal Stadium against Georgian Court Lions.
Kyle Palmieri says his ACL recovery is going well following surgery in late November. He expects to have a normal summer of training and be ready for next hockey season.
The New York Islanders have signed forward Quinn Finley to a two-year entry-level contract following his standout collegiate career. Finley led Wisconsin in goals last season and has represented Team USA internationally. The young forward was drafted by New York in 2022.
