On Saturday, April 19, former East Meadow High School standout Kayla Wakely’s current college team, the Southern Connecticut Owls, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Pace Setters.

The game took place at Pace Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Setters this season.

The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 2 p.m. at Pace Softball Field against Pace Setters.
