On Thursday, May 15, former Sewanhaka High School standout Madison DeMaio’s current collegiate team the Farmingdale State Rams lost 0-12 against the Christopher Newport Captains in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Captains Park at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Christopher Newport Captains in the tournament.

The Farmingdale State Rams’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 1:40 p.m. at Captains Park.
