Former Locust Valley High School standout and current St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans player, Sophia Veteri will compete in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

They begin the tournament as a number five seed against the fourth seeded Bentley Falcons.

The first game is on Thursday, May 8 at 2 p.m.
