Chaminade High School standout John Downing’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Sunday, April 27

On Sunday, April 27, former Chaminade High School standout John Downing’s current college team, the Seton Hall Pirates, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Butler Bulldogs.

The game took place at Mike Sheppard, Sr. Stadium at Owen T. Carroll Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30 at 4 p.m. at Mike Sheppard, Sr. Stadium at Owen T. Carroll Field against Hofstra Pride.
