On Thursday, May 1, former Wellington C. Mepham High School standouts Alanna Morse and Lily Yepez’s current college team, the Hofstra Pride, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Monmouth Hawks.

The game took place at Bill Edwards Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 12 p.m. at Bill Edwards Stadium against Monmouth Hawks.
